Moorish offers shipping Australia wide.

We’re happy to post worldwide. If you reside outside Australia please contact us with your requirements and products for postal costs

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient you are responsible to pay any taxes and duties levied by the country you’re shipping to.

Items shipped internationally are not insured against loss or damage unless otherwise stated - please contact us and confirm postal type prior to purchase

Returns Policy

To return goods for change of mind, size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be sent back to us, within 14 days of receipt, in original condition for a credit/replacement only.

We do not refund for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the credit/exchange. We recommend customers use registered or trackable post.

Please allow 10 business days from our receipt of your item for us to issue a credit or send exchange

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange of the item returned if it does not meet the requirements of our above returns policy.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you need to exchange your item/s, please contact us at themoorishco@gmail.com and let us know the item/s you wish to exchange for and post your unwanted order back to us by following the above instructions in our Returns Policy.

Due the unique nature of all our goods, we cannot guarantee that your preferred exchange item will be in stock. Please note if we do not have your preferred exchange item in stock, we can offer a store credit to the value of your purchase.

Faulty Items

Moorish Co prides itself on the quality control of our wares. To make it to the website they have already been rigorously assessed for their quality. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item please contact us at themoorishco@gmail.com with photos and a full description of the fault for us to assess.

Our Products

Our products are handmade, unique, vintage and antique. Their markings, imperfections. colour differences, repairs and natural worn character adds to the charm of owning one-off pieces with history, substance and sustainability.
